I had a baby 4 months ago and I am trying to get my energy back and lose some weight. I need some snack ideas that are healthy and that can keep me going during the day. Any ideas?

Almonds and macadamia nuts are ideal and very satisfying. Or cheese! Seriously. Just get some block sharp cheddar cheese and cut off a few chunks when you feel hungry. Your body wants fats and proteins. Or, heck, sometimes I’ll just munch on some salami or pepperoni slices. Omnomnom.0

I just got hooked on grapefruits! Low calories and its lowers your insulin levels which is good for burning fat! Love 'em!0

Apples, cottage cheese (0% fat if you prefer), boiled eggs, carrots, raw crunchy veg that you like the taste of.0

Hard boiled eggs with sriracha is my favorite right now! Also love berries on top of nonfat Greek yogurt.0
