Glycemic Index: Instant white rice vs instant white rice enriched long grain.

Is there a difference between Instant white rice and Instant white rice enriched long grain as far as what they're listed as on the glycemic index? Are they the same thing?Couldn't find my answer anywhere online :( please help.

    You can moderate a "high glycemic" individual food by what you have with it - if you are tracking glycemic loads, consider whole meals not individual items.

    Exactly what I was thinking... So I'd have to eat just rice
