Is there a difference between Instant white rice and Instant white rice enriched long grain as far as what they're listed as on the glycemic index? Are they the same thing?Couldn't find my answer anywhere online please help.

Who cares, the glycemic index is a load of nonsense that has little real world application

You can moderate a "high glycemic" individual food by what you have with it - if you are tracking glycemic loads, consider whole meals not individual items.0
