Ankle is doing a lot better as I mix up my workouts more and steer clear of any moves too jarring or too repetitive. Roger - great to see you here again! Glad your rehab is…

Flo - Thanks & you are amazing!! It's hard enough to travel so much but WOW, you're still cranking through that exercise despite that. Will wish you lots of luck this week!!!

Happy Sunday! Still babying the ankle but I think it's helping. 7/10 - 27 minutes 7/11 - 31 minutes Have a great day!!

I always feel like I've only missed a day or two of posting and it ends up being 4 or 5 days. Some day I won't be so tardy. :) I've been taking it a bit easier with my exercise lately due to some ankle issues (had 5 surgeries on my left one over the years but its been almost 15 years since the last surgery so I'm annoyed…

I bet we'll have another towards the end of BL35 (and I really should just do one myself every couple of weeks...I really need to push myself to do this.) And yes, I'm doing BL35 and definitely looking forward to it starting. BL34 was my first one and I really enjoyed the challenge and support. It was just what I needed…

Sue - GREAT, GREAT job on the 5k! I'm so glad you did it!!!! That first one I did was exhausting lol but this second one was easier. Yay for you Sue!!!
-
My goodness, the exercise minutes you guys do are AMAZING!!! And Sue 1) great job resisting the temptations and 2) what a wonderful thing to do for families who may be struggling. Kudos to you! I'm resting today after doing a 5k on my treadmill last night. My last one from memorial day weekend was 47:03 and this time I had…

6/28 - 40 minutes 6/29 - 53 minutes 6/30 - 32 minutes *my previous post said "6/26 - 90 minutes" but that should have said "6/27 - 90 minutes" Up visiting family and enjoying our time with them. Unfortunately it has rained here the ENTIRE time so no beach time at the lake, no playground, etc. Being cooped up is not the…

I had a bone in the frozen grilled chicken breast sandwich a few weeks ago & ouch that hurt to bite down on. No broken tooth thank goodness, but it definitely made me lose a little love for them.
-
HELLO, Flo!! 6/26 - 90 minutes Family was supposed to come visit tomorrow but late Friday plans changed & now we're going to visit them so I'm getting things ready for that. Hubby treats the house like a dorm room when I go away, so I figured I'd at least get the house clean before he messes it all up. ;) Any who, in my…

I really wanted to like WF stuff after reading so much about the stuff here & on the NS board. I tried the honey mustard dressing and only got through 1 bite before throwing out the bottle. Oh man, that taste was awful. Do they sell little sample size containers anywhere? It broke my heart to spend $3.99 for what ended up…

Agreed! These are a great breakfast alternative & better stats than the NS oatmeal. They're a staple in my house. I make mine with water too and then put a splash of FF milk on top when serving. My fave is the Maple & Brown Sugar. Amanda

I do the Leslie Sansone ones when I want a different walk than the 5 walks in my 5 Mega Miles video. For yoga, I really like the Yoga with Adriene videos. She even has a free 30-day program out there, with a different routine for each day. And then I've recently started doing some Fitness Blender youtube videoos - so far…

6/24 - 55 minutes 6/25 - 55 minutes 6/26 - 49 minutes Hi friends! Sorry I've barely been around, just had a busy week trying to get everything done at work before vacation. And man it felt good to logoff that laptop yesterday!! I see you guys are still racking up the exercise minutes in a big way - WOW!!! Keep up the…

Hi guys! Busy days at work this week so I can wrap things up before being on vacation next week. 6/22 - 50 minutes 6/23 - 68 minutes Today got some Leslie in, a little treadmill at lunch, and dancing this evening (figured dancing to The Wiggles with my little one is not only fun, but pretty good exercise too.) Got my 13k…

6/21 - 32 minutes Not much exercise today, but tomorrow is a new day and I should have some pep back in my step.
-
I walk with Leslie every morning. :) I started with some youtube videos and was hooked. I love the simplicity of it, I don't need to learn any fancy foot work, and it doesn't kill my joints. I have the 5 mega miles, and most mornings I do the warm up, cool down, and whichever miles I feel like walking that day. But it's…

6/20 - 56 minutes Mary - welcome! Glad to have another challenger here to cheer on. Thank goodness MFP has the reports so I can pull my totals, because I'm admittedly too lazy for tickers on this site. I'll have to see where I'm at after today. I'll admit, I'm in a funk today so my exercise numbers will be miniscule.…

Sue - I love those graphics, especially the part about think about where you started. I just never want to feel that frumpy and unhealthy again. And a getaway property sounds divine! I'm sure you'll burn a boatload of calories getting that gardening done. Flo - that sounds like a great weekend! I love a good farmer's…

6/19 - 166 minutes Busy day here and boy my body is feeling it! I got in my usual morning exercise & a little yoga, worked, mowed my lawn, & cleaned the house in preparation for my in laws visiting. Thank goodness I got out of work at 1pm today or I think I'd still be cleaning. Getting ready to crash into a deep sleep but…

6/18 - 75 minutes Rainy day here today, but my lawn & garden are ecstatic over it. :-) And that should mean some lawn mowing for me in the next couple of days. Not a thrilling chore but it's definitely a good workout so I'll take it.
-
I love those! I usually spread a little laughing cow cheese on it after heating (I only use about 1/3 of a wedge and count those few calories toward my limited exteas.) Really yummy!
-
6/16 - 67 minutes 6/17 - 64 minutes Sue - wow, what a transformation! You look fantastic! Flo - I love your enthusiasm and dang, you're killing those exercise minutes!! Kel - I don't think I "met" you yet, so hi! :-) Boy today it sure wasn't easy to get my 13k steps in. I did a shorter early morning workout - just a mile…

Little late posting today - busy day at work! Hoping to get a little more exercise in tonight so I'll just post yesterday's numbers for now. 6/15 - 68 Sue & Flo - you guys floor me with your exercise minutes, great job!!! Roger - thanks for the welcome and sending you speedy healing vibes. Definitely listen to your body…

6/14 - 37 So I tallied up 455 minutes for my 1st week of this challenge & will have to find some extra minutes in the days to get up to my goal. The zoo was fun. Super hot and muggy, but we like to go a couple times a year and hadn't been in awhile. I didn't count my waking as E because it was so stop & go with my toddler,…

Have a great day everyone! Amanda

Hi all! I'd love to join you guys. I'll do a 10 week goal of 5000 minutes. That 500 minutes a week should stretch me a bit further than what I've been doing the past few months (usually doing between 380-460 minutes weekly). I'll grab my minutes from MFP going back to 6/8 and post those tomorrow. Glad to have you guys for…

Had this for the first time today, but not sure I liked the flavor of this one. I honestly couldn't even pinpoint what the flavoring was, but it just wasn't very tasty. I think I have one more in my stash so maybe I'll try to doctor it up with a little hot sauce or something, but I don't think I'll reorder this one.

I tried this last night and I really did like it. The pasta texture is mushy of course, but the flavor of the meal was really good. I had made some very lightly sauteed zucchini (vegetti'd), barely cooked so it was still a bit crunchy, and mixing that it into the meal after everything was ready helped give some bite to the…

That chill could be the difference. I just tried the SS carrot cake for the first tine in my latest AD and I really liked that one too! Then again I don't remember meeting a carrot cake I didn't like. ;)
