5/19 yes, yes, biked up hill with 40 lbs on my back and walked the dog a bunch, and cleaned a bunch. 5/20 yes, yes, walked the dog. I lost a lb last week and I'm more concerned about checking in here every week than doing hard workouts though I feel that should worked out properly.

May 11- yes to all three. may 12 - yes to all three. 13th - pass, adopted a dog and spent the whole day in the car going to get him from out of state. 14th - pilates, yes, and yes. 15th - biked and ran errands on foot for an hour, and the tracking calories and staying under my budget - yes and yes.

Spent the day taking calls for grocery requests in my neighborhood! I can feel the weight loss starting in my body (this is my first month in this accountability challenge) Yes, I tracked everything I ate. Yes, I stayed withing my calorie bugdet. Yes, I exercised for at least 20 minutes.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I walked for about an hour. Experiencing a back muscle spasm so it's about all I can do till that chills out. Obviously, it's a sign that I havn't been exercising enough. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

Date: May 5th Pass day I didn't exercise. Had PMS and two deadlines for learning Hebrew and a writing assignment for a class I take for enrichment (I am out of school - already got my MA!)

Went over calories by 40. Logged everything. Did 20 minutes of yoga and a 10 minute walk.

Hi, I'm just getting started on a new fitness regime. I have a 'very high' BMI and I'm trying to get to 'normal'. My first goal is to lose 15lbs and I am doing that by watching calories, planning healthy meals ahead of time, and working out 3x a week. Here goes!
