Pre-packing: baby carrots, apples, nuts, jicima slices, cucumber slices with lime. Out & about suddenly hungry aint ai t going home yet: grocery store trip for persian cucumber, luna bar/something similar, vitamin water zero. That's fast food.

Love chai tea by celestial. They have a number of different kinds. I add usually 1/4 cup of coconut milk and 3 packets of sweetner (which have 4 cals each...dont be fooled)

If i know im gonna be away, i pack stuff. If I suddenly find myself out and hungry and dont intend on going home, i hit up a grocery store & get (usually) a persian cucumber, a protein bar or something similat, and a vitamin water zero. When i was eating dairy, a greek yogurt also was good in place of the protein bar.

Tomorrow is a new day. And dont stress TOO MUCH about letting today affect tomorrow (i.e. dont eat 600 calories tomorrow to make up for it or something like that...it may lead to another binge!)

Yeah another problem is I'll go out, then the next day be like "did i have 3 pints or 4? Oh and my biddy refilled my glass from the pitcher before ibwas done with it...wait that bartender gave me a shot..." no good for honesty when i cant recall lol

Yes because our heart needs some good blood pumping action! :) the extra calories may come in handy later on in the week. Bank em, or just let em slide. Maybe add a little extra avo or cheese to your meal. But your body does want to get the heart racing!

I used to work at a food co-op and we had this awesome nut grinder where we would make fresh PB and almond butter as well...i used to love eating bits of the excess that ppl would leave behind :P natural is the way to go!

You do know you can add things to the database yourself right? If its in the database wrong why do you care? Just dont use it. Create a new food item, log it, and move on.

When i worked retail & was at uni i was set at lightly active. This also meant i made a point of walking a couple miles if i knew i didnt have class or wasnt working. Just a walk around the neighborhood or walking to a few stores, etc. I lost weight pretty consistently. (That was from a different mfp account--ive restarted…

I made the decision to stop drinking two days ago. Weekend came and went. No booze!

I'm definitely aiming for a shorter goal of a month first. I *hope* it encourages me to stay sober. Because yes, going out drinking is fun but ive always admired those who go out and dont drink and have a blast. Maybe if i actually give it a go it'll happen for me :)

I do not do well with hard liquor...im the girl who ends up crying in the bathroom or making innapropriate sexual advances lol. I think because they're so quick to drink (as opposed to beer at least for me) i dont have time to catch up to how buzzed im actually getting and end up too drunk.

I would consider using a scale if you arent already using one. As long as you're getting more calories out than youre putting in all should be well in terms of loss. How long have you been on this plan? It may take a while for the scale to move

Not trying to be mean, but there is NO WAY you are 28% body fat...
