Why do you have to hope that your parents order take-away? What are they eating if they dont? Can you not just have some of whatever they are making? Or go grocery shopping with them and change what they buy you?

Could it not just be that it's psychological, because you are taking note of what you are eating it is on your brain? I find that when I start logging again I'm always really hungry because I'm actively thinking about food.

How often do you enter your weight into MFP? Because if you weighed more on the day that you net 1100 than you did on the day you net 1200, this could be why

When you weigh yourself at home are you wearing the exact same clothing when you are at the doctors? Weight flucutates throughout the day, you will weigh different amounts at different times in the day.

Last time I checked hair isn't what makes someone attractive! Plenty of women find bald guys attractive, Bruce Willis, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham! And having hair doesn't mean attractive think Steve Bucimi, Marilyn Manson.....

The time will pass wether or not you're trying to lose weight. In a years time you can either be still overweight potentially even more so; or you will have lost weight and be healthier. Only you can choose which road you're gonna go down.

No, don't do this. Well if you want to start HIIT training then go for it, no harm there but eating more is never the answer when it comes to losing weight. Eating so much you wanna feel sick on a cheat meal will only mean you are more likely to be eating over your maintenance calories and are therefore more likely to gain…

As you are maintaining at 170 pounds how you are currently eating you will have to eat less to maintain at 165. If you lose 5 pounds and then go back to eating how you are now you will go straight back to 170 pounds. Put your stats into MFP, set your goal to 165 pounds and at a rate of 0.5 pounds a week and eat that amount…

So you're entire town can only book an appointment for the day they ring? I find this unlikely. I live in the UK and i know that every doctors I have ever rang or been to allows you to book for future days - it may not be soon, but it's an appointment.

Then ask to book an appointment in the future, just ask when the next available appointment is, even if it isn't on that day?!
