The crust is not a big deal for me, so absolutely anything I can smear a measured amount of pizza sauce on and some pre- cooked veg and cheese does it for me. Yes, I log it all as accurately as I can. My exercise logging is an issue for me. Totally honest with it but days of not working out makes me ashamed that I am being lazy! Got to get moving!

This..."Gaining as I lose" It's like cleaning a cluttered house. Getting rid of the old, broken, and useless. Replacing that which is needed with fresh new things that work properly and look nice. I guess when talking about excess weight, Loss is Gain!

Pam, I made this yesterday and it was delicious... Had in pita pockets with some romaine, onion and black olives. We used a mild wing sauce instead... Easy all the way around!
