It is interesting to me how different everyone is. I can't eat breakfast either or it is over for the day unless I am going to be too busy to even see food for the rest of the day. Only coffee until about 2pm, then a 500 calorie lunch, and then the other 1000 or so after I get home from work till I go to bed.

I am about 10 pounds over the low end of my healthy weight, and I think I could lose that 10 and feel better... ooooor I could pick up some weights and feel better. But at the moment I am just gonna be mostly happy with where I am at till my schedule clears up in a few months.

Oh honey, I know the root, I have two jobs, one at night and one during the day, two kids, two dogs, and I am in the middle of planning a move. So for now, a magic potion to keep me awake during my few free hours so I can do laundry and eat, sounds like... well... magic! :wink:

On the weekend I am leaving my 12 year old with family while I leave for a girls weekend, I'll be losing about 90 pounds.... and then gaining back 5 or 6 worth of whiskey.

He is just feeling insecure, he thinks if you get to a healthy weight you will run around with the other cats and leave him behind. Just sit down with him and explain that he is the only cat for you, that you are on this journey only for you, and you really want HIM with you for it.

The fact that I find a new gray hair every time I look in the mirror, and that my laugh lines have stopped going away when I am not actively laughing, have ruined that whole "wow you look so young!" thing for me. Oh well :)

I am never hungry after a workout. Or on days that I am particularly busy. Now on my days off when I have done nothing but binge on Netflix I want to eat everything. That hasn't ever really changed for me, so I plan for it. During the week while I am busy I net less so I can eat more while I sit on my couch like a lump.

unpredictable for sure. I have found that the weekends when I say forget it, are not at all what causes weight gain. It is the months when I think I am eating "ok" but not really paying attention.
