What are your thoughts on lemon/apple cider vinegar drinks in the morning for extra energy and some help with weight loss?

I've seen three different people start drinking it. All three quit it with in a week. It just tastes awful.

I did this and ended up with my throat being damaged.
I did it to aid in digestion- I don't think it worked.

Does not work for losing weight.
Just the same as drinking 16 oz of plain water 1/2 hour before a meal. Same thing.

Apple cider vinegar gives a nice kick to certain soups. I wouldn't sign up for drinking it on its own, or as a water flavoring. I also don't bother adding lemon to my water. Still losing weight.

I like using Fire Cider in my salads and as a marinade but that's about it.

Sounds like a terrible way to start the day. I'll stick with coffee for energy.

I used ACV to rinse my hair today. Sadly I still weighed the same after but my hair is very pretty!

I've tried both. The ACV severely aggrivated an ulcer.
