  • I was eating Aunt Millie’s Light Bread at 35 calories per slice, but I have recently discovered Dave’s Killer Bread (thin sliced) at 60 calories a slice and I like it a lot better. It holds me longer and tastes like real bread.
  • I just bought my first loaf of Dave’s Killer Bread (21 grains 60 calories) and I love it. It is so good toasted with a little PB2. I was buying Aunt Millie’s Light, but it is just too light for me. I would rather have more calories and be satisfied.
  • I bought the Chilly Cow Brown Butter Salted Caramel today at Walmart. So good! I think it is way better than Halo Top and I like Halo Top. $3.98 for a two tub pack.
  • Fudge Brownie Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars! Yummy!!!
  • I am 5'6", 168 pounds and wear L/XL tops and size 14 bottoms.
  • I started at 200 pounds and am now 168 (66 years old - 5'6"). I wore 1X tops and 16W slacks. It has taken me 18 months to lose this weight. I know it is a really long time, but my weight loss has been slow and steady and I can live with that. I am now wearing size large tops and 14 bottoms (not plus size).
  • I bought the Kroger Sea Salt Caramel for $3.99 and thought it was delish! Halo Top was $5.49, so it was a no brainer. Haven't seen Breyers yet, but I will watch for it. Competition is a good thing. Prices should drop.
  • I ate and drank my way through Las Vegas last August. Didn't log anything - just had a great time. I weighed myself about a week after I got home and I was up two pounds - definitely worth it. Those two pounds were gone shortly thereafter. I do not count or log on vacation. It is a time for pure fun. Have fun!

  • I am retired and widowed, so eating out with friends is my entertainment. I eat lunch out at least three times a week and dinner out is at least the same. I have lost 30 pounds and am maintaining that loss. I am not on a diet. I just try to make the best choice possible most of the time. When I eat lunch or dinner in a…
  • It took me over a year to lose 30 pounds. I started in January, 2016. In the last month or so, I have had several people comment on my weight loss. I had a few comments along the way, but I think now it finally shows. I would like to lose another ten pounds, but for now this 30 pound weight loss has a made a big difference…
  • I bought some Skinny Cow Greek Yogurt bars yesterday -- salted caramel. They were as good or better than the Yasso Greek Yogurt bars I have been buying. Very creamy and quite yummy. 100 calories each.
  • I have lost 30 pounds and my breasts have remained the same. I started at a 42C and am still a 42C. I am almost 66. I wish I would lose a little, but nope, not so far.
  • My favorites are Oatmeal Cookie, Peanut Butter Cup and Birthday Cake. All yummy!
  • Bought three pairs of capris (different brands) in a regular size 14 for the first time in 25 years. Have been in 16W for a LONG time. Yahoo!
  • I had paczki today - filled with cannoli cream. OMG - worth every fat gram and calorie. Life is too short not to celebrate Fat Tuesday with paczki.
  • I had the riced cauliflower and sweet potato tonight. So good!
  • I tried Peanut Butter Cup recently and really liked it! Halo Top was on sale at Kroger for $4.49, so I bought another one. I also like Birthday Cake. I think some of the Halo Top flavors are a good substitute for the real thing.
  • I started at 200 (5'6") and am now 171. I'll be honest - not too many people have said anything about my weight loss. I am apple shaped. I notice it and am no longer wearing plus sized clothing, but I have only received comments from a handful of people. Maybe they don't want to embarrass me. I am not sure. I would like to…
  • I like it on a Thomas' Light English Muffin. For those who say it is runny - don't use so much water. You can make it as thin or thick as you want.
  • Me too!
  • I totally agree that the Yasso Greek Frozen Yogurt bars are fantastic. I have one every night after dinner. Costco carries them, too, and they are $10.99 for a box of 15, which is a bargain.
  • I started logging on MFP on January 26. Still at it. Down 25 pounds. Slow and steady.
  • Yasso Frozen Yogurt Bar. I have one every night about an hour after dinner. I like Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookie Dough. One of these bars satisfies my craving for something sweet.
  • I have lost 25 pounds and would like to lose another 15.
  • Every three weeks or so. Once I hit my goal, I intend to weigh myself every day, so I can control any upward trends. But, for now, I don't want to weigh too often, because I might get discouraged. It has taken me 8.5 months to lose 25 pounds. I would like to lose another 15 pounds.
  • I have been tracking on MFP since January 26th and have lost 24 pounds - so, just under one pound a week for me. I wish it would come off faster, but I am 65 years old, retired and not getting much exercise. At least I am losing for the first time in a LONG time.
  • I had three vacations in August, including four days in Las Vegas. I finally got up the courage to weigh myself this morning. I am up 1.5 pounds, which I am fine with. I was also away over Labor Day weekend (lots of food). My advice is to just do it. I never stopped logging, even when I was WAY over. Now that I am home, I…
  • I am 65 and, yes, it is a struggle. I have been using MFP since the end of January and have lost 24 pounds. Definitely slow, but at least something good is happening. I took three vacations during the month of August, so I am scared to get on the scale and see what damage has been done. I am not going to stress about it,…
  • I am 65 years old and have been retired for eight years. I started on MFP in late January and have lost 23 pounds so far. I use a food scale religiously when I am home. It is coming off slowly, but at least the scale is going in the right direction for the first tme in years. Good luck!
  • I tried Halo Top Birthday Cake today and I like it much better than Lemon. No after taste to me. I microwaved it on 50% power for 30 seconds. Delish!
