Any New Years Resolution dieters left?

I started with MFP as a New Years resolution and had a number of great supportive friends online. Sadly over the months they've disappeared and I'm left feeling slightly lonely.
Any other New Years dieters left out there in the same position?

I set a lot of goals for myself at the beginning of January 2016. Two of them were to get on the spin bike every day, and to meditate every day. The spin bike lasted for 1 month. I got discouraged, since I didn't see much progress in terms of weight loss. The meditation lasted for 130+ consecutive days. I noticed profound changes in the way that I felt, as a result of meditating every day. In all, I have lost 30 lbs. since the beginning of this year. After I plateau'ed for a while, I contacted my doctor. He referred me to a medical weight loss program. As a result, I got started with MFP. I joined the local YMCA at the end of June, and started swimming again .2

I'm here... started on Monday the 4th of Jan.
25 pounds down - less than I would've wanted but keep telling myself that slow and steady wins the race and that it's a lifetime commitment. It took me 14 years to put all the weight on, I'll be alright if it takes me 2 years to lose.
Feel free to add me everyone.1 -
