Congrats! I had that problem too during my first round of Insanity. Muscles should only be stretched when warm and does it ever feel good to stretch after that intense warmup! Hello @Balaru ! Good for you! P90X a tough program and wonderfully effective! I completed it two years ago with great results. I'm 52 and currently redoing Insanity, which also provided to be a heck of a workout that I love to hate. ;)

First day of C25K today! I used to run and even completed a couple of 5K. It's a great app. I was thanking goodness when it announced that I was on 8 of 8 running segments.

During my first round, I only lost a about 4 lbs in 30 days. By the end of month two, I was down 15, had tons of definition and was two dress sizes smaller. You'll see.
