Yup if I can't get the craving to go I eat a sweet apple or some grapes even if it will take me over. I figure that a apple is better than artificial sweetness.

Dont cut out all the stuff you love, just measure and weigh everything and keep it in your daily allowance. For example I aim for 500 cals per meal give or take which leaves me enough cals for the odd small chocolate bar if I want one. You can do it good luck.

One thing that does my head in with barcodes is half the ones I scan here (UK) are not what I have in my hand, i would say a good 50% of the time its something totally different and American :( C'est la vie

I use very little equipment for my workouts. I have a exercise bike, a normal bike some weights, treadmill and a cross trainer. Now you could get away with maybe just a bike and running/walking and a few cheap weights for strength. I am only 5kg down but its working so far. Good luck

Have you started logging your food? Get scales and weight your food for a few weeks then make changes to bring down your calories to reach your goals. Good luck!!!
