Setting aside my pride, admitting I need help!

Joining up and having a lot of trouble admitting that I am failing at this on my own and that I need a community to help each other as we chase greatness. Current weight, this morning, was 405 lbs. Lowest I have ever seen a scale was 329 lbs roughly 3 years ago. Ultimate goal is 185 lbs, total of 220 lbs lost.
