I am new to this site and having a hard time figuring out how to log everything, how to keep track of steps and calories, what is the best way to lose weight. Help with motivation and staying that way. I want to lose like 50 lbs by the end of summer.

    I'd like to help, but you would have to switch your allegiance to the Bears.
    That aside, happy to encourage you when you need it. I love food and dislike cardio, but I dislike being unhealthy most of all. I am on the same battlefield as you, struggling to see negative calories at the end of each day. Good luck!

    50lbs by the end of summer won't happen. Weight loss takes time, but you're here and sound motivated so that's a great start. I'll add you so we can do this together.

    My issue is not wanting to keep track of the food, I understand its needed but its not easy taking the time to log it.
