rough day!

I don't know if there is a place out there to put this so instead of looking around a ton, I am just going to put this out there. I want to eat crap today and I am desperately wanting a java chip frappuccino from starbucks today! I am trying to get back on track from a horrible weekend, but it isn't easy. I know I am probably just needing more water so I will keep pushing that and focus on the right things to eat as much as possible!

    Have some fruit, or maybe some yogurt with a few sprinkles of chocolate chips. Satisfy yourself to some extent, otherwise you will splurge.

    For me I love Starbucks, but then I realize how expensive they are and how many calories they are. Not worth my calories or money IMO. Make your own flavored coffee/frap at home like this or this. At least then you can modify it to your calorie needs.

    Yup if I can't get the craving to go I eat a sweet apple or some grapes even if it will take me over. I figure that a apple is better than artificial sweetness.
