So you don’t have to do anything with the Rae figure? I’m confused how they relate. On one site it seemed like it was saying the rae figure has to be divided by 12 and then added to the IU figure before dividing it by 5000. But it was hard to understand.

Dirty keto doesn’t have to do with plant or animals. Meat and veggies are both part of clean keto, especially if the meat is organic and grass fed. It has to do with synthetic or highly processed ingredients. Like if you eat industrial seed oils or synthetic artificial sweeteners and synthetic preservatives.

I agree that it depends on the person, also for cravings. Some people’s cravings would be ignited if they ate high carb fruits. I hit my iron everyday by eating crown prince baby boiled clams. They have the highest amount of iron per calorie I’ve seen. I track what I’m going to eat that day and add however many clams I need to reach my iron. Usually I need between .7-1.5 oz.

I feel the same way. I can’t skip a day or I lose momentum. But I found a happy middle ground in walking. It’s not a very intense exercise but I do still have to stay accountable and do it. Everyday I walk at least 10k steps, sometimes up to 20k. In addition I weighlift Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

I know people who do plant based keto. Definitely possible. You may need to make some adjustments like using low carb vegetarian protein powders to get your protein since vegan protein sources are higher carb.

I walk 10k-20k steps everyday and I weight lift 3x a week. I do strong curves. I do some walking in the morning and then more throughout the day. On gym days I go whenever it’s not crowded according to google so either 7am or 2/3pm.
