I go twice a day every day . I guess I'm addicted lol. It just makes me feel better going to the gym .

What I do is grab a handful of chocolate kisses and eat them then get a celery stick with peanut butter on it . Im full for the rest of the day until dinner time . Stay strong . I hate periods. I get very angry on the first 2 days of a period

I'm excersicing every day. It's getting harder because i am exhausted lol . Plus 2 kids and a farm to take care of. Anyways you can do this :) just don't give up.

I have 20 pounds to lose ! It's tough at first but just have to keep going to the gym everyday and burn 1000 calories and count your calories

Yes shoot for smaller numbers. Plus when you start feeling down and upset because you think you can't do it keep your head up . You are a strong person and you have to believe in yourself ! There are others on here that will help you ! Good luck

That's awesome to hear! I am counting my calories as well . I can't beleive I was eating over 3000 calories a day !!! It's a struggle at first but when you have encouragement from others you can do this !

Gosh I am feeling like binging right now ! Im at they gym right now and not feeling it today :( but you can do it ! Stay strong ! Think of what you want and focus on it . I am trying to stay strong myself. I need to burn another 300 calories . Let's do this :)

Foods amazing but it's also a curse ! Portion control is very important . Also try to stay away from Sweets. My husband and i have stopped soda and now exercising every day . Feels good too. You get stronger and don't get bored then binge eat.

First you have to be the tough mom and start putting the baby down and showing her who the boss is . Then you can start doing what you want when the baby is playing . I have 2 girls and go to gym every day for 2 weeks now . They love the daycare there and the daycare is an awesome place .

I work out first for an hour and a half and then go home eat some chick :) thats my lunch . I don't feel hungry fater working out but i know i need food
