Looking for motivation!

Just starting this journey, looking for friends to keep me motivated! Need to drop 50! Any tips to get me started?

    Good luck on your journey. Maybe don't think of it as trying to lose 50lb. Maybe shoot for losing 5lb ten times.

    Yes shoot for smaller numbers. Plus when you start feeling down and upset because you think you can't do it keep your head up . You are a strong person and you have to believe in yourself ! There are others on here that will help you ! Good luck

    50lbs is a good goal, just know it can take some time to reach it. My best advice is find healthy foods and meals that you enjoy eating to replace any of the lesser healthy one. Diet is the biggest part to this.

    Good luck on your journey. As Bubba mentioned, you need to choose healthy meals and snacks. Consider it a new healthy lifestyle. Also, if you are able to exercise, 30 minutes or more of exercise is a great thing to do also. You can do this. One step at a time, one day at a time. :)
