Hey everyone. I am new to myfitnesspal and want to find some accountability partners on here. I want to get back into the shape I was in when I went to my local bouldering gym daily. After they closed it and my thyroid changed from hyper to hypo I gained a lot of weight. Feel free to message me.

    Keep up the exercise and try to count your calories. You can do it .

    Hi there, I'm new here as well :) I'm pretty motivated and ready to be consistent. How much weight are you trying to lose? Are you just trying to tone muscle?
