Hey everyone. I am new to myfitnesspal and want to find some accountability partners on here. I want to get back into the shape I was in when I went to my local bouldering gym daily. After they closed it and my thyroid changed from hyper to hypo I gained a lot of weight. Feel free to message me.

I'm pretty motivated and ready to be consistent. How much weight are you trying to lose? Are you just trying to tone muscle?
