I don't pay much attention to it anymore since I pretty much have it every other day. The best thing you can do for your muscles is to keep going...and drink a protein shake after working out. It helps repair the damage you did during the burn.

The smells are from your stomach digesting nothing. You have to be taking in some sort of nutrition though, I recommend the fresh juice diet... that uses some odd ingredients, but you feel SO energized..

Ya. I just posted a blog post about it. I'm really upset right now... the only way I know how to deal with it, is running. Or a high intensity work-out. Seriously, the more you lose, the worse they will treat you. There is nothing you can do other than accept they are acting that way because they're unhappy with themselves.

I don't. Because I don't think of it as restricting, I don't feel restricted by smaller portions. If you're eating the right amount, your stomach will only allow you to eat so much. I can't binge anymore even if I wanted to, and now I physically get sick when I have fast food or soda. It's not by choice, it's how my body…
