I finished level 1 tonight too.... Looking forward to level 2 for a change.... Have done it twice already when I done my double days .. Found time passed a lot quicker than level 1...

I'm on day 9 level 1.... Day 6&7 I did level 1&2... Weighed myself today and not lost anything...gutted.... Only measured myself on day 6 but don't see any difference.... I've been under my 1200 cals most days... HELP

Still seem to be stuck.... :-( Christmas Challenge: 147lbs by 22nd December Start Weight - 157.5lbs Week 1 - 22nd Sep - 158lbs - Chocolate Challlenge - I did it :) Week 2 - 29th Sep - 157.5lbs - 3 days out of 7 ..Not good!! Week 3 - 6th Oct - AIMING FOR 156.5lbs - Try a new exercise challenge - !!!!

WEIGHT THIS WEEK: 158(GAINED 0.5) AIM FOR NEXT WEEK: 157 WHETHER YOU MANAGED A FULL WEEK WITHOUT CHOCOLATE IN WEEK 1?! I I had chocolate because im depressed as I knew I was gony gain even tho I stuck to cals and exercised every day!!!! :-(

L2 is soo hard day 1 yesterday, managed about half of it and was dying. Shoulders killing me today... HELP.. Still not seeing much change in weight. :-(

Day 4 Level 1. Getting a bit easier, legs are not as sore as they were, must be getting used to it. Getting worried that level 2 will be here soon!!!!
