  • I completed menopause. by the age of 42 due to POF. My thyroid has now calmed down during peri and full on menopause my thyroid was the worst and maintaining weight was about all I could do. It does get better. Going gluten free helped a ton! I am not 100% GF but, I try to be careful. Best of luck you can do this
  • Adrenal fatigue helped along by taking Thyroid meds and stress...diet does help but, am having a flare up now and it is awful body aches, exhausted, trouble focusing, and the hair loss was horrible at first but, I have gotten used to it now and am dealing with it

  • When I switched from Cytomel/Levoxcyl to Armour it took around 3 months to feel better. I think it is just the shift in meds. I feel much better now and hope to never have to go back to synthetic drugs

  • I like cinnamon toast on gluten free bread with butter, organic sugar and cinnamon...yum! Also, I take yogurt and organic GF peanut butter and dip my apples in it...filling and yummy
  • You might try to increase your calories and stay gluten free, soy/dairy free. Lots of veggies healthy fats like coconut oil. I eat meals that total around 1400 calories a day but, with the coconut oil/MCT oil and cod liver oil I take I seem to intake closer to 1800 calories a day
