My food diary is open, but I don't care if people's diaries are public or private. We are all here for our own personal reasons and I'm a big believer in focussing on what works for you. That being said, I do find it helpful to see other diaries for food/recipe ideas...

I'm almost there (22 lb weight loss target) but would love to find some like minded people here on MFP to help keep me motivated through this stage and beyond :)

Wear whatever makes you feel good - be it confident, beautiful or relaxed. If you're feeling it, you'll be looking it. Unfortunately the same goes for any outfit that makes you feel bad, eg. self concious/daggy/frumpy etc :( Just remember: YOU have to love what your wearing, no matter what.

Classic misread moment. I thought the title said "I feel like a bunch of girls". Cue my WTF expression as I tried to visualise 20 girls stuck together like a bunch of grapes, while trying to figure out why you would feel that way... Feel free to add me if the final consensus is to start a collection though :)

I have had 3 wisdom teeth out (2 top, 1 bottom). Usually, extracting the top wisdom teeth doesn't cause anywhere near as many problems as the bottom ones (most of the horror stories you hear are from getting the bottom ones out). Whatever you do, dont start googling 'wisdom tooth extraction'!!! See if your dentist has time…

Rows completed for 3 days so far. Having a break today as I am travellinh to my mums house. Completed my Bombshell Betty application, but I think i calculated the average weekly calories incorrectly. I have only been here a week, so I just added up all the exercise I did this week, and I have a funny feeling I was probably supposed to factor in the standard day to day energy required just to keep on living...…
