  • I made the decision to have gastric bypass after a car accident and the back pain that resulted from it made it impossible to exercise. I put on an additional 20 lbs over my highest weight and was beginning to show signs of prediabetes. That was last October. I did my research and went to counseling. I have lost 65 pounds…

I can do it on the treadmill or I can do it stationary with knee lifts, kicks, kick backs,…

  • I'm in! I'd like to be 180 by December 31, So we will weigh in tomorrow right?
  • If you're not seeing progress on the scale - Don't use it. Weigh only once a week and invest in a tape measure and check your measurements. When the scales don't show it, your measurements usually do. Thats what I do. I also have wish clothes now. Those are the clothes I wish I could get into. I can also see my progress…

  • Great job! You did better than I did! I had a similar experience with red velvet cake on Friday. I was able to say no to the cake but not to the icing. But i did count it in my food that day. Proud of you Danielle! We're on our way!

  • I'm in Huntsville....
  • I started with Leslie Sansone 1-2 mile walk also. I got really tired of her music selection so now I made a playlist using jog.fm for songs that are 150 beats per minute and boost( got to 160 BPM) for 2 minutes out of every ten. I started at 30 minutes and now I'm up to 45-50 after a month and a half. I'm not going to go…

  • There is a recipe builder under the food tab. You can divide the servings of the total amount what you make into 1 tsbp servings. If you have a scale weigh the total amount of your recipe and then weigh your usual serving. Divide the usual serving into the total amount and the recipe builder will calculate the calories.…

  • I would love to be your friend here and cheer you on. I am also 41, have 83 total lbs to lose and am also down 13 lbs. So 70 to go for me. My goal weight is 145. I know it sucks to be sick at our age. Don't feel bad. It's the getting back on the wagon that counts, not how many times you fall off. 2lbs in 2 weeks is…
