So a month or so ago, I was with some friends, wearing the shirt that I am in my profile picture (cant post pics at work since photobucket is blocked) I thought I looked good!
Then I took pics this morning and put the two next to eachother!
HOLY MOLY!!!
In just over a month (43 days) I have lost 11lbs.. not bad.. but I have lost 15.5 inches from my body! YAAAAAAAHOOOOOOO!

That's awesome congrats for you!! I love the moments when you don't really see the weight loss but then you put on a pair of pants or a shirt and it just slides on. Makes all the hard work worth it.0

It's so nice when you get something totally out of the blue that makes it all worthwhile. We had drinks the other week with people from my badminton club and a guy who I've not seen in quite a while randomly told me I looked thinner in the face and asked if i'd lost weight
It's always nice when someone notices in general but from one guy to another must be unheard of!0 -
