Hey! :) The songs on my ipod just arent cutting it so can you guys give me SPECIFIC songs to add to my workout playlist? It motivates me so much to workout harder when i'm listening to a really good song so please help me out! Thanks so much! <3

    I have the Foo Fighters greatest hits downloaded as well as their new album, I turned it all into one playlist. I love it. I also have another playlist with exericse tunes, but I got kind of bored of it. I do find myself playing air drums while I am running though, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

    Party Rock Anthym - LMFAO; S&M - Rhianna; If We Ever Meet Again - Timbaland ft Katy Perry; Like A G6 - Far East Movement; Born This Way - Lady Gaga....those are just a few that get me moving. I try to find songs with a real upbeat tempo...hope this helps some. :)

    I don't know what kind of music you listen to but I have AC/DC "Money Talks", Def Leppard "Pour Some Sugar on Me", the intro to "Paradice City" by Guns-N-Roses, "Kiss" by Prince, Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins "Hillbilly Bone", Meradith Brooks "*****", and Eminem "Lose Yourself" on one of my playlists. It is a very wide array of music but they all get me moving :) Good luck with your weight loss journey.

    I always listen to something with a good beat, it gets me going! I usually listen to remixes, mash-ups, electronic/dance music, and even some of those cheesy 80's songs. :heart:
