So proud of everyone! I RAN today for 25 out of my 50 minutes and I liked it! OMG I never thought I would ever say that!
Congrats Catherine! It's so amazing to realize running isn't as bad as we once thought it was :P0 -
No loss for me this week. Not sure but feels like another plateau which will trip me up for sure without support! Great job to all of you for sticking with it and the losses.
Catherine - five years ago I could not have imagined running. I just started walking which turned into running and now I run an average of 25 miles/week and love it. I swear it is the thing that has kept my weight off this time. No more yo yo dieting for me!

I feel so good about this week. I started the 30DS last week and worked out everyday this week. I know alot of you do that every week but not me. I honestly believe this is the longest stretch of exercise I have done since high school gym class. How sad is that???

I'm a bit worried to weigh in on Monday. :frown: Things have gone crazy around here...I had an interview Tuesday, tried to take Steven (my brother) to and from work AND to a chiropractor yesterday (and I was late to pick him up on top of that), and I ate way too much breakfast yesterday. :sad: This does not seem like it's been a great week.

I lost 1 pound since last weight in Can some of you tell me some exercises you do that are working for you? I've lost 9 pounds so far, and have only been walking 10-15 minutes in the morning. I would love to start w/ some serious exercises now. :0

Great job everyone! I have decided not to weigh in this week. With the Noreaster and loss of power my food was Waaay off and just need to wait to weigh in. I know myself and seeing a gain will increase the chance of a continued downhill slide. Today was tough with Halloween but somehow I managed to stay under calorie goal
PrincessElina - I began my exercise with walking and just kept increasing the time and pace. Somehow this turned into running. I average 30 miles/week now and know it has been the key to maintaining a 90 lb weight loss for several years. I also spin and love that.0 -
If it's not too late, I'd like to join in on this challenge... I just found it tonight! I'm Amber, 26, and a SAHM to Adam (3) and Phoebe (6 months). Right before I had Phoebe in April, I was at 235... About 217 right after. I was on MFP for quite awhile and got below my prepregnancy weight of 195 and down to 173. I stopped for awhile and was maintaining, but now I'm back and I'd like to get to or at least closer to my goal weight (my goal keeps changing... sometimes it's 160, sometimes 150...)
