I have the book and the book is very detailed as to what you are supposed to do. I did visit the website and not much difference as far as material. I think it is gonna to be a great calorie burn. Just this past weekend I went t to the Jacksonville,FL zoo and wore my pedometer. I burned 340 caloreis and took about 6000 steps. It worth a try.

I actually subscribed to Jillian Michael's plan and there she has a calculator to input your weight and how long you do each level to determine calories burned. For me its 156lbs, in 20 minutes burning 165 calories. I made a exercise in MFP called 30 day shred and included the calories that way.
