Great substitution!

So I was obsessed with sour cream and there is no nutritional value to that so I switched to plain non- flavored Greek yogurt! Great source of protein & low calorie! Try it some time. Post some of your substitutions!

I love sweet stuff and of course that means sugar so TRUVIA is a great substitution. 0 calories and good for diabetics and is made from the stevia plant.

I'm too scared to try any of that stuff they kind of freak me out. I usually stick to honey or raw sugar.

Sweeteners in for sugar in my 10-12 cups a day.

Skimmed milk in for semi skimmed.

Reduced sugar and salt ketchup in for normal ketchup.

That's about all I've really substituted. Those things were so easy to change, it didn't affect my overall eating at all.

Applesauce for oil in breads/muffins. Fewer calories and it makes it really moist, however i have found you can only substitute for 1/2 of the cooking oil or the texture gets thrown off.

    I think she meant reduced-sugar/reduced-salt ketchup. :)

Ooh! Greek yogurt in mashed potatoes is heaven!

Cucumbers instead of crackers. Top them with cream cheese and bell peppers... Mmmm...
