30 day shred

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I didn't pay attention because it didn't pertain to me. Now that I am going to do it, how do you record the 30 DS in exercise? Is it circuit training? Thanks.

    I read on a few threads that you should record it as circuit training so that is what I have been doing.

    I guess you could record all of the exercises individually too?

    I actually subscribed to Jillian Michael's plan and there she has a calculator to input your weight and how long you do each level to determine calories burned. For me its 156lbs, in 20 minutes burning 165 calories. I made a exercise in MFP called 30 day shred and included the calories that way.
