I gained 30 pounds during my pregnancy and somehow I left the hospital only 2 pounds lighter! How can you work at Panera and not gorge yourself on their sandwiches, salads, soups, and bakery stuff every day?!? I admire your self control. If I worked there I'd gain about a hundred pounds. Sorry, no helpful input on your food. Looks pretty good to me! :flowerforyou:

I lost 7.5 pounds in the 30 days (took me about 35 days...) but I was pretty consistent about doing it everyday. I had to take a couple days off for illness but otherwise I just told myself I was gonna do it every day--no excuses. It'll definitely give you a workout. The soreness is the worst after the first couple days…

hahaha, I have this problem too. I have an extremely difficult time getting food from my plate to my fork to my mouth without dropping bits on my shirt, floor, or table. It's a little embarrassing, actually. I have no tips for you since I'm in the same boat!! :blushing:

If I've had a not-so-good day and eaten junk food then I am very much aware of what I've eaten. I don't need someone pointing out that pizza for lunch and a cupcake for snack wasn't a good choice. Duh, I know it wasn't a good choice. Snarky comments about my food diary are neither effective nor appreciated.

I had a c-section and had a hard time just getting up and walking around the house during the first couple weeks. Don't push yourself; it is so important to let your body heal. When you're up to it just start with easy walks. I didn't feel ready for "real" exercise until about 5-6 weeks after delivery.
