Calories burned in Moms Into Fitness workouts?

Hey everyone! I am trying to add my exercises that I do with Moms Into Fitness. I am specifically doing the Cardio and Toning Bootcamp (levels 1-6) and don't know how to classify those workouts to report calories burned.

Does anyone else on here use that program and if so, how would you classify it when you log your workout? It is all kinds of strength exercises like squats, pushups, lunges, curls, jumping jacks, different core exercises, etc.

    I've never done that program but I would probably log it as circuit training. Good luck!

    She actually says you burn 300 calories in 30 minutes of the video.
