    I usually make egg cups, which I know you said eggs don't fill you up but I usually use 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of frozen spinach, 2 eggs a laughing cow cheese wedge and whatever veggies I may be in the mood for. It usually keeps me full for quite a while.

    I like half a cup of Quaker granola cereal mixed with yogurt. Yummy and filling!

    Whole wheat toast with 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
    Protein bar
    Apple or Banana with 2 TBSP natural peanut butter
    Plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries & 2 TBSP granola
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh fruit

    I have 2 x burgen bread which is filling any how (grains and seed bread), with cream cheese, smoked salmon and capers and a piece of fruit :) feels luxourus and with tea its about 480 cals total
