BayVay, people are trying to help you! But you don't seem to appreciate it and you act like you know everything... So why do you even ask a question? I wish you all the best and I think developing some self reflection would surely help you in the future. :flowerforyou:

Thank you! Lovely that you're not only thinking about yourself right now. That's an important message we should all listen to. Good luck with the surgery!

7 pounds in 1 1/2 months is fine! That's a bit over one pound a week. Just keep going. I have no idea how much calories you're eating and how much you exercise... so I can't say much more about it. (maybe open your diary?)

Better in what way? I like them both, but I eat more peanut butter because it's cheaper.

In the Netherlands every cyclist is obligated to have this on his bicycle: It makes a high noise, so most people will hear it. I don't know if they will understand what you mean by it.

Put time and effort in to self reflection. Find out why you've become overweight and change. (step by step)

I think it's great that you're changing the way you eat. You are at the start of a journey :) For weight loss, calories are more important then sodium. Changing your habits is extremely hard and the most important thing is to stay committed. If you try to do everything right at once, there's a big chance it would be too…

I don´t agree, but maybe that´s because I was eating healthy + crap before and now I'm just eating healthy... So I'm spending less.

I eat 4 slices of bread a day (wholemeal or sourdough) at lunch... And I'm loosing steadily.

All the hard work you did before will still be helpful somehow. You have some experience and you know you can do it. Don´t beat yourself up about the past, today is a new day. And MFP is a great tool to help you along on your way to success. Good luck.
