L2day7 done even had a couple of lil helpers which were sooooooooo better than me!! lol so much more fun tho:laugh: even phoebe my youngest is doin level 3 (im not doin it just checkin it out so i know what to expect lol)

im goin as a sexy vampire i already had my top n leggings and knee high boots all i got was my wig (purple n brown curly) and some teeth, just gotta get a lil bit of fake blood for the teeth marks n im done :happy: x

well wasnt able to do it tonight which would of been lvl 1 day 10 due to my asthma playin up today i feel alot better now but aint gonna risk it so if im much better tomorrow i will do day 10 n start level 2

a tip for everyone whos started ive tried it and its helped i have more protein (i have protein powder) just to repair it hurt right upto day 5 so i did that and had radox baths(muscle soak & stress) with the salts and i also do some zumba beforehand a great warm up and you can do it easier well thats what ive found anyway

i tried it as a dip for my pizza as a substitue for sour cream dip and it was well nice and for jack pots somethin different

ive just started doin zumba with my 30ds i find it more easier with it and if i do it in the mornin i find i ave some energy for the rrest of the day lol

im on lv1 day 7 gettin much easier now but still do find the press ups and weights with side lunges abit of a challenge

wow thats alot!! good for you i wish i could do all that just doin level one of the 30ds kills me lol (on day 4 now) i just wanted to see how much i could lose just doin that but i might up the excercise routine wanna lose 27lbs by xmas gl tho :happy: x

would love to do this as its my first challenge wouldnt know how to track the mileage tho so would it be ok if i do the pound thing it would be basically 9- 10 pounds by halloween, i do gym walk quite abit at the salon once a week do abit of zumba Vikki x
