'Kill me Jill week'

Thats it i have got six week six pack on its way so next week is my kill me Jill week :devil::laugh: !
Plans are!!!!

Monday- 3.5 mile brisk walk home from work, Banish fat boost metabolism, 1 hour zumba class.
Tuesday- 5 mile brisk walk home from work (different job!) 30 ds levels 1, 2 and 3.
wednesday- 3.5 mile brisk walk home from work, killer buns and thighs, 2 miles brisk walk to 1 hour combat class, 2 miles brisk walk back from combat class ( if its not to dark by then, i h8 dark winter nights!)
thursday- 3.5 mile walk home from work, six week six pack, clubland workout.
friday- (day off work!) Wii fit plus 30 mins, six week six pack, 3.5 mile brisk walk to1 hour zumba class.
saturday- 3.5 mile walk home from work, 30 ds levels 1,2 and 3.
sunday- 3.5 mile walk home from work, killer buns and thighs, six week six pack
monday- 3.5 mile brisk walk home from work, 1 hour zumba class then :yawn: very early night! :happy:
I am posting this on here so i can look everyday and see what im going to b doing! I may not b on much 2 comment 2 u all but i am still here, and hoping u all have a good week nxt week. Wish me luck i need it lol :flowerforyou: . Ill keep this updated on how im doing, if i survive, hahaha! :bigsmile:

    wow thats alot!! good for you i wish i could do all that just doin level one of the 30ds kills me lol (on day 4 now) i just wanted to see how much i could lose just doin that but i might up the excercise routine wanna lose 27lbs by xmas

    oops :embarassed: sorry i forgot to put that its Jillian Michaels dvd's! I know for u sexycook u would know who i meant straight away! Cant wait to start but im sure by thursday i will b saying i cant wait 2 finish!!! :laugh:

    i love 30ds thats my favorite so far but i havent really done killer buns yet so mayb thet or 6 week 6 pack will beat it lol, ill let u know!

    got six week six pack through the post today :happy: so thats me all set to go nxt week. Gona do it tonight to get a practice in :blushing: b4 nxt week then do killer buns tommorrow coz there the 2 i havent really done at all/much! Im gona take pic on mon morning to see if there is a difference, prob not coz its only a week! :bigsmile:

    ive just started doin zumba with my 30ds i find it more easier with it and if i do it in the mornin i find i ave some energy for the rrest of the day lol

    Updated, had 2 make some changes totally 4got, its my pals bday night on saturday so i wont be doing the 3 levels of 30ds on sat but im off work sunday so i can double my walk and hopefully do 30ds aswell as the other 2 on sunday.

    well today was gona b the final day but after all my power walking i didnt have the nrg to do much. But zumba is off tommorrow coz my instructor is away to london for the charity zumbathon with Beto (im well jealous!) so im gon a do six week six pak, killer nus and 30ds then instead as my final day!

    Go Vixxy! I'm on day 3. One day we too will be able to do all levels also, at least we are doing it!!

    I lost .6lb doing this and lost half an inch of everywhere :happy: apart from my hips :frown: . I thought i would have lost more weight and inches but i did treat myself to a chinese 1 night and had half a pizza and drinks :drinker: at my pals birthday night out. Nxt time i do this i will make sure i dont have a birthday to celebrate! Mayb ill do it again in november after my dad's 65th! Also i didnt get my combat class coz its school hols and it was off and mondays zumba was off coz she's away:ohwell: , so nxt time ill make sure all my classes r all on. Im still pleased with the results and am looking forward to nxt time, and ill b very strict with my food and NO drinks! :bigsmile:
