Thanks so much for the kind words! I know when I was at my heaviest I looked at success stories and NEVER thought I would get there. And now I just want people to know to not give up and they can get there. :)

Thanks for the kind words. Living in the moment I hadn't realized how much of a change I have had. I mean I know the weight has come off, but I think (as most of you know), I lived over weight for so long that I will or at least for a long time still see myself in that overweight body. Slowly it is getting better, but…

Done! I can show some face shots... haha :) It is a crazy transformation. For those that asked about my workouts. I actually lost 150lbs just calorie counting and doing light cardio. I got down to a "skinny fat" then I started lifting. Bumped up about 30lbs, then have cut from there down to where I am now. For 9 months…

I have been using the 30ds as well and have seen great results. I have stress fractures in both ankles (from the jumping jacks in the cardio portion), I am supposed to be taking it easy on the feet for 3 weeks and in the mean time I have still been doing the shred, just modifing portions that would strain my ankle. Even…

SW: 206 CW: 2007. GW: 180 I weigh in on Fridays (so yesterday), I was at 200.7. -- I try to only weigh once a week but because I am so close to onederland I decided to check again this morning -- 199.5!!! Yea. I am super proud of myself, because I figured that with stress fractures I would for sure gain since I am limited…

I have stress fractures in both ankles and have been doing the arm and core exercises from the 30ds. I got the stress fractures from the cardio jumping parts... I sub out the standing cardio for punching, arm windmills, and leg lifts. It is still a pretty good workout...(videos are on Youtube). A lot of people suggested…

Hi All! My name is Ricci and I am from Washington. I am 30 years old, married, and have a two year old. I joined MFP last September, but stupidly didn't start using in until the last week in June. I had foot surgery back in 2005 and since than my weight has increased so much. I had my son in July 2010 and was near 300 lbs…

Welcome! I am a mom and seem to have lots of motivation right now -- if you are looking for friends feel free to add me. I like your idea with the profile picture :)

I found out on Friday I have stress fractures in both my ankles (thought I had tendonitis). I'm not supposed to do any weight bearing exercises for 3 weeks. I was pretty dissapointed and someone suggested research chair exercises. I was amazed there was so much. Definetly a good way to continue working out. :)

I posted this in a separate thread, but figured I would add it here as well -- I had planned on walking this week for my challenge, but on Friday I learned I have stress fractures in both ankles (thought I had tendonitis). Anyway, I cannot do any weight bearing activities for 3 weeks. I want to stay in the group so I am…

Thanks for the input. And great idea about the wheelchair aerobics! I did some research and found a lot of upper body stuff to do so I think I am going to just put together my own 30 minute circuit training workout. :)
