Thanks for the advice. I'm 5'8" but very very small boned so I the low weight isn't that much of a shock. I think I will try and do more strength training and change my composion instead of focusing on scales. I'll try and go by looks.

Apparantly a good dose of the antioxidant cranberry supplements help with this. I have only heard from a few people that this works, but then they are the only people I now with sciatica! Might be worth a try.

I'm not really avoiding fat in general, but I am trying to minimise saturated fat and that is the fat I am focused on trying to avoid eating. My limit is 10g a day. Sadly all my healthy fat options include saturated fat too! I've tried eating egg whites but there's almost no calories in them... I'd eat the yolk more often…

Well, technically celery is not zero, but it might as well be... It takes more calories to digest it because of the indigestible fibre. So, it is a bit like eating negative calories (albiet not by much... something like one or two calories per stick?)

Well, I am only one inch shorter and am 112lb and that makes me look too skinny... so I reckon at 5'8", a good size would be 120lb.

I find eating every few hours helps, with meal percentages as follows: 20%, 10%, 30%, 10%, 30% (last meal at least 3 hours before sleep.)
