My motivation is my health problems from being overweight and my family. I have had palipitations, blood clot in my leg, im on high blood pressure meds, high cholesterol meds, and high triglyceride meds. I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired haha!

I had the same problem not to long ago. I tried the stretches, rolling a frozen bottle under my foot, slept in a foot brace. I gave up and went to the doc and got a cortizone shot in my heal. OMG I totally have the opposite problem. I deflate like a balloon. I am between an A cup and a B cup. When i lost weight that is the first thing that goes. I have to work extra hard on my boob area so that I don't look deflated!

This morning I tried the nutrigrain whole wheat waffles with spray butter and mrs butterworths sugar free syrup. Felt like I was cheating but wasn't. Very satisfying.

My plan this weekend is to rent Zumba for my wii. I did just dance 2 this week and it was pretty cool also. I hear that Zumba really makes u work!!!

I tend to get headaches myself after working out and had wondered about that myself. I have bulging disks in my neck, though, so I thought maybe it had something to do with that.

U know wuts really good? Make your own. Buy the packets and use low fat mayo and low fat buttermilk and it will be way less for you. Hidden Valley Ranch makes the best packet mix EVER!!! it's way better than the bottled stuff even as far as taste.

Ty so much for your input on this. I tried dieting before where i filled myself with fruits and veggies mainly and didn't realize that I was really getting to much sugar. I just assumed that fruit was good, the more the better. I'm still learning about this whole process.

I actually just saw them today myself, but I saw a post where somebody commented, and they said they taste really fishy. They didn't seem to like the flavor of them at all.

Omg I'm so glad I took a look at this post and saw ur reply. I have been struggling with the whole protein thing. I read that I should be eating more protein, but am having trouble figuring out how much to really have. If you don't mind I would love to add you for advice from time to time.

Well I know that you can play it without the belt, but I don't know how you could be as accurate on the moves without it. I know it has a lot of hip movement involved. I have wondered about that myself. As far as being repetitive, I know that with Just Dance, it will take awhile to get the routines down. It is so much fun…
