I start mine Tomorrow. My Dr also has me on a 1000 calorie a day diet, plus 30 min of walking, weight lifting 3-4 days a week. Wish me luck lol

I am still in month 1. But in the first 2 weeks I lost 4 inches in my waist, And a total of 7 pounds. Def worth it if you push yourself and are committed to doing it everyday.

Not going to sugar coat it. It is a hard workout but if you take breaks when you need it, but also push yourself you can do it. In the first 2 weeks I lost 4 inches. I am 4ish weeks into it and at first I could not do a push up. Well I am up to 10 man push ups. It is worth the money and dedication. Also my profile pic is…

Chalene Extreme incorporates weight for toning. Turbo fire was way to fast for me I wgot lost in the moves. You tube both and watch a few of the videos

It took me a few weeks to figure it out but I am back to loosing. TDEE minus 20% but I had to increase my walking and less weight lifting.

Thanks for all the replies. I usually weigh all my meat raw, weill tonight my hubby had dinner waiting for me and I had to weigh it cooked and boy was there a difference
