  • Thanks. The package has more workouts than just the butt area though. It's a full body workout as well. I have P90X and a treadmill and resistance bands and stuff at home too.
  • Depends on what you're looking for and how much you are willing to spend. My kids got me a Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juicer for my birthday and I love it. My in-laws have one of those $300 juicers that uses the whole food. I bet I can count on one hand how many times they've actually used it. lol

  • I found this website today to help calculate calories for juicing. IDK if it takes into account whether or not you are using the whole fruit with pulp or not but it at least can give you the total calories for you juice. http://myphytos.com/build

  • IMO...I think that where as your macros are important, they are not AS important as hitting you're calorie goal. I have my macros set at 40/30/30. But you will find so many different ways of figuring that. I suggest to focus on your caloric intake FIRST then mess around with the macros once you get your calories situated…

  • I must be the only person who doesn't think PB2 is the bomb. I mean it's ok but to me it didn't have a near strong enough PB flavor. I love PB but don't eat it all that often so I think I'll stick to the real stuff for the days I want some.
