  • For now I just ride my bike or walk. I cannot run. I sprained my ankle years ago and ever since if I try and run I get this sharp pain in my ankle. It seems like it's a certain way I place my ankle because it happens sometimes when I walk up the stairs too. Usually only in bad weather though.

  • Can you buy your own food so you don't have to eat in the cafeteria? How about for every ten pounds you lose you buy yourself some other kind of treat you want that you can afford? Like a pair of earrings or an ice cream.

  • Well,I was diagnosed with it a few years ago and it only seems to flare up whenever I get really anxious or stressed. What I do is suck on a peppermint and rub some Icy Hot on my abdomen. It seems to help immediately. It has never affected any weight loss for me.
  • Yes,you can count it because there is a section under cardio that says ''cleaning''. You just put how long you did it for and it will tell you how many calories you burned.
  • I don't know what the effects are but,I have heard that the French use cigarettes to not eat as much. Either way I know two things 1). When you quit you gain weight and 2). Smoking is just not good for you.
