I have the same issue with my sleeping hours. I love sugar free jello cups. Its only 10 calories and if you add 2tbsp of FAT free redi whip you only add 5 more calories... its yummy

Morning work outs are great. Even if its only a 10 or 15 min warm up to get your day started. I know it wakes me up and helps me get the day going.

I feel your pain with the gain. I always am up or down 5lbs and its saddens me everytime i go up on the scale. But it always happens after a day of intense working out because I do drink way more water than I usually do. So give it a few days and Im sure you will see a drop! :)

I was under my calorie goal however I stepped on my scale this morning and gained 1.5 lbs. Must have been those sweet potatoes weighing me down and all the water I drank. Definitely going to have to work harder to get that off. I was doing so well.

today was day 14 and i just moved to level two and boy it is way more intense than level one. Phew! Definitely going to keep focused though. Good luck to everyone.

Awesome! Im definitely excited to see how I manage today. Im sure I will be coated in sweat head to toe by the end. As far as taking a break or leaving the class. I asked my friend and she said that you are able to leave the room if you need a break or you can lay down. I guess it all depends on the instructor?

Thanks for the input everyone, I appreciate it. My friend was telling me that it is pretty intense and you do sweat an enormous amount so I should drink a lot of water before going. I will give it a go this once to see what its about and ill let you all know if I make it out alive..haha

Ener-G is not the same as what is in those drinks . Itis just a substitute that mimics what eggs actually do in any baking process and for those who can not use eggs.. I usually buy mine online at ener-g.com its about $7.00. Or you can just use one egg for the recipe and it will come out the just asgood :)

I find if you keep yourself busy , it takes your mind away from wanting to eat. Doing just little errands here and there around the house or outside away from food helps best.
