My new 2 week challenge is going to be paying more attention to my protein/Carb/fat ratios. I just manually set MFP to 40/40/20 and I've learned really fast that it is hard to keep my carbs at 40% and get my protein up to 40%. I've had a bad few days. It was my sons birthday so there's been way too much temptation. Dreading weighing in, I'll do it tomorrow morning. So I finished my 30 DS today! I didn't take before/after pics unfortunately, so I have nothing to post. I didn't lose any weight. Congrats!!! What an amazing result! I'm on day 5 of Level 3 today. I haven't lost a single pound, but I can tell I've lost major inches. I wish I would have taken measurements and pictures!

Sorry for the late weigh in. Things were crazy over labor day weekend, it was my dads bday then a BBQ/labor day party the next day. I should have been more careful, but I overindulged. I'm ready to crack down and nail my weigh in for next week. So anyway, this week I was at 136.6. Boo. That's a gain for me.

Did day 6 of level 2 today. It is definitely getting a little easier. I'm able to push through without breaks. I haven't lost ANY weight though!!! I've definitely toned up, so I'm going to attribute the lack of weight loss to muscle gain.
