  • Thank you all very much for your words. They have really helped pick me up- Your all right in saying today is a new day and I can start fresh and make good choices.   • The same thing seems to happen to me sometimes too! It is like a jumpstart. But, I truly believe that this will only help if it is around once a month- every few weeks or so otherwise I think it can turn negative pretty quick if more and more of your days end like this. ... you will start to gain.   • Ok thank you guys! I guess I will just guesstimate. And yes, I do like to go out once in awhile so I just really don't want to dread worrying all the time or get a boring garden salad everytime. I would like to plan for it, ya know.... save some calories for a burger. Thanks again!!!!

  • 700 calories- I definetely would not worry at all. I think your ok. Just drink lots of water. Like the others say, it takes 3,500 calories to gain a pound. You will be just fine. You said you ate fiber? What types of foods did you binge on or how did you get to 700 calories with eating fiber?

  • I agree with everyone elses posts- I gained my weight by putting off eating healthy and excersising for "tomorrow". There was always tomorrow and it was really easy for me to say "well I messed this up this weekend so F it I'm done". I love to eat bad food so I would just gain all my weight back after doing sooo well…

  • Mr Binks, being a big fat pug, is a little overweight as it is but I do really like to give him the occasional treat, especially if the egg yolk will be healthy for his coat so I may definetely try this. No additives in the container of whites!? HMMMMM, I will have to try these!!! :) :)

  • Thank you all. I will look into the egg white containers- it would def remove some of the hassle of getting the yolk out. But, also egss are pretty cheap and I would like to look into if the boxed ones do have the additives. Appreciate all of the help :) :) :)
