Yrs your exercise can change that. Don't worry about it. You may end up with a completely different schedule for your cycle. Don't depend on the schedule you had before starting to workout.

Zumba, Just dance, Wii Fit, Wii Sports,.. there are a lot of dance ones. There's michael jackson, country etc. I am waiting for my Zumba to arrive in the mail. I've heard good things about it.

I will not be taking a break for Christmas or thanksgiving or any holiday. Everyone should be loosing weight via life style change not just some short term diet. Therefore, would conclude that nothing should really change eating habits wise during any holiday.

I wouldn't log it as fast pace, as you will probably not do it continuously (stopping to pour drinks and what not) Your heart rate will not get too high at all. Log it as slow pace if ya log it at all. I also personally wouldn't. Since without a calorie counter kind of hard to truly tell.

If your must weigh yourself everyday, then just a pick one day a week that you record your weight. Whether it is the highest or lowest record it on that day, every time it is that day. Some eat (or drink) their protein before some do so after. But yes you are correct most will say do it after. Just depends on the person. That aspect does not work for me.
