I'm doubling up tonight so today will be day 3/4 of level 2 for me I'll double up the rest of the week so I can be up to date and go into level 3 with you guys.. Gillian not playing in Level 2.. Last month this was so much a challenge for me I had to stop shamefully I phoned it in. not this time

I've been alternating with 30DS AND 6WK 6PK but when I did the 30ds in May the my body felt so good at the end of it. I'll give it a try again

my 6 year old daughter. She is right there on the floor with me. When she gets tired she takes two shower caps and she cheers me on. Sometimes I get winded and wanna stop she starts cheering I find that extra boost. Just yesterday she's laying on me and she says "mommy your belly not so fat now"....lol. I felt soooooooo…

I've done affirmations like crazy to myself they do get me through. I was raped when I was 8 years old obese all my life and I really thought loosing the weight would erase a lot of things. Yeah I did the counselling sessions but I really thought the emotions were wrapped up in the weight. Now its gone they're still there.…

I agree with the previous statement as well I am also a 5"10 female and no one is complimenting really on my weight loss. I am also an endomorph body type my weight is in my midsection. But the way I look at it is that I am progressing my clothes are fitting much looser. And also take tonnes of pictures I do comparisons…
