44 lbs (20 KG lost) photo

Hi all,

Will keep this short and simple

The only photo I have of me at my heaviest on the left( stopped taking photos) and me yesterday on the right.

I started at 83kg (183lbs) at January this year, I am now at 63kg (138lbs) as of today.

the biggest change is to my waist, from 37" to 31" (though the picture on the right the right my shirt is 2 sizes to big)

I know I still have a ways to go and really need to put some muscle back on but I thought I would share.

kotzzz.. a whole lot of cardio.. would walk/run 1hr a day, kind of wish I had done more weights but wanted the weight off fast.

Oh god ..
first, congrats for your amazing progress .. you look much younger and healthier..
second, plz I need to know what to do , I'm 166 cm femae, 73 kg and need to be 57 kg
I've been struggling more than a year to lose weight but I failed !!
I lose 1 or 2 kgs then I get them back when I over eat for one day !!!!
Please tell me what did you do exactly in eating and working out ..
I dont eat fast food, soda... etc may be I eat carbs and desserts but I try to not exceed my calories intake ..
any ways, im going to do what you did because im tired of trying and failing !!
The cardio I can do is hiit of jumping rope, jumping jacks and ski steps.

Being in my 30s this was not quite as easy to do as 5 years ago.

Happy with my results so far. Just need to keep it up.
