27 down 20 more to go. WITH PICTURES

I originally started my weightloss journey weighing 195 LBS. (FIRST PICTURE ON THE LEFT) This is the biggest that I have ever been, I hated the way I looked, I hated the way I viewed myself. I thought I was disgusting and didn't want anyone to look at me in fear that they would make comments about myself behind my back. Those jeans were the only jeans I would EVER wear, because they were the only ones that fit me.
I started my journey by doing Insanity. I started talking to a guy and he informed me he couldn't date me because of my weight. I was so hard on myself but I tried to turn it into something positive I didn't want to let some guy control me or make me feel even worse about myself. I PUSHED myself through the first month of Insanity and was amazed with my results of 170 LBS (LAST PICTURE) These photos show the results of just ONE MONTH of doing something and staying up with it, eating properly and doing something everyday if you want it that bad you'll push yourself to get it! I was a size 13/14 and am now rocking a 9/10.

I am now on my second journey after a break because I was traveling and setting up my own business and I am more excited than ever. I want to lose 20 more LBS and would love to help motivate everyone to join me!

Don't be so negative about your appearance and make sure that your change is because YOU want it. I am so glad that I did that for me and I am the happiest I have ever been in a long time.

ALWAYS remember that a STEP BACK is a Set UP for a COME BACK.

Lets reach our goals together!

Stop waiting for things to happen, and get up and MAKE them happen. xx

This is awesome! I'm going down the same path that you are. I'm on my 4th week of Insanity and haven't lost much lbs :( I have lost some inches so there is still hope. You look great, though! I hope I'll shrink down like that soon lol
  • Fantastic! Congrats!

Congratulations! I'd like to also add caution when obsessing over a number! When I did insanity, I didn't lose much weight, but I did lose fat. It's not so much about what you weigh, but what that weight consists of. Healthy doesn't necessarily are about numbers :) Keep going strong though and don't forget to KEEP PUSHING!!! :D

don't worry about the scale too much. Just keep doing what you're doing, so long as you're doing what you should be doing.

The OP is looking awesome! Excellent results thus far!
